  The Ozark Health /Ozark Mountain Health Network (OMHN) Medication Assistance Program is a grant funded program initiated by the OMHN to promote the health of the residents of Van Buren and Searcy Counties. The medication assistance program (MAP) is a free service and is designed to help individuals of all ages who are having difficulty purchasing medications prescribed by their doctor to treat a chronic health condition.  The Ozark Health/OMHN Medication Assistance Program will work with patients who qualify; their physician; and the pharmaceutical patient assistance programs to help the patient obtain their prescribed medicine at no cost or at a reduced cost.
